An insight into the different methods of hair extension services we provide. It’s important to know which application would be best suited to your hair type and I pride myself on advising you on the best option to keep your hair healthy.
Micro Links
Micro Link is a technique that's free of glue, heat, chemicals, sewing or braids. The method combines strands of your natural hair with the extension hairpiece, which is then clamped into place using small colour matched copper links.
They are slightly bigger than Nano Rings.
Nano Rings
Nano Rings are fitted in the same way as Micro Links and are the smallest rings on the market for an exceptionally discreet fitting. The tiny, undetectable 2-3mm Nano Ring is 90% smaller than a Micro Link. The method combines strands of your natural hair with the extension hairpiece, which is then clamped into place using tiny, undetectable colour matched copper rings.
Keratin Bonds
Keratin Bonded hair extensions are fused to individual strands of your natural hair using a heat connector and bonded together with keratin (wax) and is the strongest method of application, they are perfect for someone looking for a more permanent method. The bonds need to be removed after 3 months for the hair to then be re-tipped and refitted which will be done over two appointments. (First appointment will be to remove the extensions which would be the perfect opportunity to get your roots/highlights touched up before your refit appointment. I will then re-tip your extensions ready for your 2nd appointment to refit your hair again.
Tape Wefts
The latest hair extension method is becoming hugely popular with celebrities at the moment. Your natural hair is sandwiched between two tape wefts and sealed. The wefts lie flat against the head making them undetectable. The Tape Wefts are gentle on your natural hair and quick to apply with damage-free removal by a professional. Hair can be worn for 6-10wks depending on hair growth. At this stage, the tape weft is then removed, cleaned, retaped and then refitted to your hair again which will be done over 2 appointments.
Maintenance
A maintenance appointment at 6 weeks is required for Micro Links and Nano Rings. 6-8 weeks is required for Keratin Bonds and 6-10weeks for Tape Wefts. This is to check for any matting of the hair at the root and to ensure the condition of the natural hair is being well maintained. Any bonds that have slid down or fallen out will then be replaced and all other bonds will be tightened.
If for any reason you DO NOT book in your maintenance appointment and your hair gets matted/ knotted/ left in bad condition, I cannot and will not be held responsible/accountable and you are at risk of damaging your natural hair.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment for hair extension maintenance and will be taken off end price. This is NON - REFUNDABLE.
Removal/Re-Fit
I advise to have your hair extensions taken out on every other appointment or at the 3 month mark, at this stage hair extensions must either be removed if no longer desired or refitted. Refitting includes removing bonds row by row and rotating them slightly to give your natural hair a break. I also advise your natural hair to be cut underneath and your extensions to then be refitted (A small fee will apply for the extra time and service taken).
Removal includes a cut and blow dry.

Removal Price
• 1 - 2 hour appointment - £60.00
• More than 2hrs - £15 per hour
​• Removal £40 ONLY if you're having a full new head fitted (Straight forward removal should take no longer than 2 hours if regular maintenance has been carried out).
Application
Once the extensions have been applied to your hair, I will then cut and style the extensions to blend with your own hair giving a more natural look. (Cutting, Layering & Trimming of your hair extensions is included in the fitting price. If you would like them cut after this date then a charge of £35 will apply).
